Halberd is a newly-formed, independent, Athens-native band consisting of four Athens High School sophomores performing covers and originals in the rock and metal spaces. Incorporating their diverse musical backgrounds, ranging from heavy metal and punk to hip-hop and electronic, they strive to create a unique and unabashed sound, bringing fresh perspectives to the scene. They recently performed their very first public gig at the 24th annual AHS Battle of the Bands and are actively searching for more performance opportunities to gain further experience.
